Abstract

An adaptation of UNIFORMAT II (ASTM E 1557) and MasterFormat used in conjunction with the list of rooms yields a hierarchical data structure that provides a relevant address for virtually every consideration of building data This method of organizing information can be used to format new reports as well as organize existing physical files.
