Abstract
The initial development of the Aluminum Data Bank (AlDaBa) covering primarily fatigue behavior of aluminum components has led to the concept of a comprehensive system of information sources linked to design procedures and reliability estimates for aluminum structures. The system is defined as the Aluminum Fatigue Behaviour and Evaluation Task (ALFABET) and is summarized in this paper.
