More importantly, much has been transferred to the attentions given the threat of catastrophic injuries in other sports. Issues arise, however, as to the need for, and nature of, further attentions. It is timely for this forum to address and update for future collective attentions what is known and acceptable as to each cornerstone supporting these attentions -- Awareness, Mechanism, Guidelines & Standards, and Shared Responsibility expectations.
