Abstract

The numerical self-concerted calculation of the radiation creep rate of the interstitial solid solutions was carried out with allowance for main effects of impurity on creep rate: formation of impurity atmosphere around dislocations and voids; generation of the fixed and mobile impurity atom-intrinsic point defect complexes.
