Abstract

Details are given of incidents, known to the authors, involving xygen. They occurred in Australia and might have escaped northern attention. The fuel and sources of ignition are identified for each incident (with oxygen the given third side of the fire triangle). The lessons learned (or to be learned) are recorded.
