Abstract

The static and fatigue characteristics of delamination growth in the S2/CE9000 glass/epoxy laminates under cyclic loading and various environmental conditions were investigated. From the resulting data, a growth model with α = 3 × 10−5 and β = 5 was established. In the many cases reviewed in this paper, the values of α and β remain unchanged until there is a change in temperature, a change in moisture content, or a change in the R ratio.
