Abstract

Volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from consumer products were determined using an environmental chamber coupled with a capillary gas Chromatographie system. The Chromatographie system encompasses a gaseous sample introduction system and a cryogenically cooled Chromatographie column. Direct determination of VOC emissions originating from consumer products within an environmental chamber is feasible.
