    Abstract

    A 60° symmetry sector of WWER-440 mock-up in the radial direction was realized in the LR-O experimental reactor at NRI Řežz. This mock-up represents the core periphery and radial shielding heterogeneities of WWER-440. The neutron spectrum was measured by proton recoil methods at the edge of the core, at the surveillance capsule position, on the pressure vessel inner and outer walls, and in the channel of biological shielding. Neutron spectra calculations were performed by means of the one- and two-dimensional transport codes ANISN and DOT-3.5, respectively, using data cross-section libraries EURLIB-4, VITAMIN-C, and CASK. Comparison of measured and computed data was done for differential spectra and integral quantities.
