This chapter lays out a series of case applications for how JPM can be applied at the task, project, and industry levels in construction. Building on the principles explained in Chapters 1 through 5, and the application of the standard as written in Chapter 6, this chapter provides real-life scenarios of how the JPM standard can be used to measure and improve productivity. In addition, the outcomes of using the JPM application are shown in Section 7.4 from task, project, and industry levels.
