This chapter provides a descriptive model of a process-based, customer-focused quality management system, and gives detailed guidelines on the development of a quality manual that is designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Five management responsibilities are addressed in great detail: Quality Management System, Management Responsibility, Recourse Management, Product Realization, and Measurement, Analysis and Improvement.
