This chapter provides a program outline for developing and maintaining suppliers of product and services necessary for the success of an organization. Through a Partners in Quality program, organizations are able to improve their own operations through improvement of their supplier’s management and control of the supplier’s document and change system, materials, fixtures and test equipment, processes, product, internal audits, and quality reporting.
