Abstract

THE FIRST STEP in developing a maintenance coating program for an operating nuclear plant is that the painting schedules, materials, and application procedures used during construction be turned over to the Operating Department. This turnover, however, does not happen in all plants. The plant engineer has to survey each area, then develop a program that best fits into the plant's coating maintenance program.
