S1 The manufacturer shall afford the inspector all reasonable access, without charge, for making necessary checks of the production facilities and for securing necessary samples to determine if the concrete is being produced in accordance with this specification. S2 All tests and inspection shall be so conducted as not to interfere unnecessarily with the manufacture and delivery of concrete.
