Maximum capacities (mixed concrete volume) of the units in terms of their overall volume are stated. Uniformity of the mixed concrete occupies a major segment of this section. The importance of concrete homogeneity and uniformity is evidenced by the last five subsections, which reference Annex A1, “Concrete Uniformity Requirements.”
