Durability of materials to different agents varies: weather, water, heat, biodeterioration (mold and decay fungi, bacteria). Performance requirements of materials and structure should be different for inside surface, inside structures (isolation layer), and outside surface or structures, and the effect of different organisms on the service life should be verified carefully.
