    Abstract

    Vacuum filtration and centrifugation, two methods used to separate saturation water from paste for sodium adsorption ratio analyses, are compared for equivalence of results, precision, and analytical time involved. While both methods gave similar results and precision, it was observed that centrifugation was faster.
