Abstract

Genomic DNA was isolated from either blood samples or hair samples using Chelex extraction procedure (1).

The extracted DNA was quantified according to the quantification procedure (2). Slot-blot hybridization was done using the Quantiblot® Human DNA Quantification Kit (Perkin-Elmer, Foster City, CA).
