    Abstract

Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for the detection of ABH blood group substances in body fluids. The original procedure was modified to provide maximum sensitivity and reliability. The modified ELISA method proved to be more sensitive and required much less sample than previously described techniques.
