Abstract

Both black and white populations from Birmingham, Alabama were analyzed for the frequencies of carbonic anhydrase II (CA II), glyoxalase I (GLO) and esterase D (EsD) isozymes. The results compared favorably with published frequencies of these genetic markers in other populations.
