    Driving Under the Influence of Phenobarbital

    Abstract

    A driving-under-the-influence (DUI) case with an unusually high phenobarbital concentration is presented. Significant toxicologic findings include a blood phenobarbital level of 132 μg/mL. Toxicology data relevant to interpretation are discussed.
