Abstract

This article attempts to broaden the perspective of attorneys, but it should be of value to all forensic scientists. Although the subject matter is directed to attorneys, it nevertheless is applicable to the professional understanding of members of all professional disciplines. It covers methods of utilizing and qualifying witnesses, and the cited court decisions and rules of evidence should enable the reader to find a base from which to begin additional research.
