Abstract
A finite-element analysis of the end-notch flexure speciment for Mode II interlaminar fracture toughness measurement was conducted. The effects of friction between the crack faces and large deflection on the evaluation of GIIc from this specimen were investigated. Results of this study are presented in this paper.
