1. Rationale
Various revisions including:
New Section 1.5, Section 5.1.2 - Update firebrick thermal conductivity properties, Section 6.4 - Delete reference to constant weight and add a minimum time of 24 hours for sample conditioning, In Sections 5.1.9, 8.4, 8.7, and 9.2 delete references to chart recorders and add references to electronic collection of data. As well as changes in Figure number references.
