In the event of a Radiological Dispersal Device (RDD)- dirty bomb - or other radiological emergency resulting from natural causes or a terrorist attack, local jursdiction and regional first-responders need a standardized set of decision-making guidance, procedures and tools for response to such incidents. All local and regional first-responder organization who may need to respond to an RDD event.
