    1. Rationale

    CHANGE TO: The planner shall require that all motorized equipment and vehicles used by any vendor or employee inside suppliers facility not emit noxious gases to negatively affect air quality. Exceptions include equipment and vehicles used in garages, in front of loading docks, in the load-in and load-out, or in case of emergencies. REASON FOR CHANGE: Added wording to address the scope of the move in/out of an exhibit hall floor for both venue and accommodation.
