The proposed revisions to D4625 are extensive, but are not primarily related to the test procedure. The proposed revisions are being balloted in multiple ballots to improve clarity and simplify consensus agreement. Each revision ballot is considered independent and may be approved without simultaneous approval of the other revision ballots.
