ASTM WK46641

Revision of C836 / C836M - 12 Standard Specification for High Solids Content, Cold Liquid-Applied Elastomeric Waterproofing Membrane for Use with Separate Wearing Course

    (What is a Work Item?)

    Active Standard: C836 / C836M - 12

Developed by Subcommittee: D08.22 | Committee D08 | Contact Staff Manager

    WK46641

    1. Rationale

C836 currently references ASTM C1250 as the test method for determining weight loss after heating; however, C1250 is scheduled to be withdrawn. This Work Item is intended to change the weight loss test method from C1250 to D6511. This change in test methods does not change the temperature or duration of heating prior to measuring weight loss.
