    1. Scope

    To evaluate a Demand Controlled Ventilation system for response to cooking challenges from medium and heavy-duty appliance lines with 3 types of cooking sequences

    It will assess the performance of current and future DCV systems. The evaluation can be used for LEED points, government installations and energy efficiency programs.
