Section 11.2 in the method states, Table 1 provides the accepted reference value (ARV) for VPCR4 (37.8C) and uncertainty limits (at least 95 % confidence interval) of reference fluids tested in the 2003 D5191 ILS. . . ., however, if one looks at Table 1, there is no specific reference to VPCR4 (37.8C), but rather only reference to Ptot. The issue or problem is that you have to go to section 7.1.1 to find the statement, . . . Ptot used in Test Method D5191 is equivalent to VPCR4 used in this test method. . . .. A proposed revision to section 11.2 is identified to provide users of the method with some clarification.
