    (What is a Work Item?)

    Active Standard: C1702 - 14

Developed by Subcommittee: C01.26 | Committee C01 | Contact Staff Manager

    WK45640

    1. Rationale

Rationale: The recently added definition of thermal mass needs to be clarified using the same language as proposed for C1679. The unit for specific heat capacity is updated to comply with the Form and Style manual sections G16.7 and G29, using J/(gK) instead of J/g/K. Rationale: Several units in C1702 are updated to comply with the Form and Style manual sections G16.7 and G29.
