11.3.3 The second to the last sentence should be changed for 2 hours to 6 hours. There has been many studies done to show that the DSR results is not affected by the time in the mold up to 6 hours. One study was completed by the Pacific Coast Conference Asphalt Specifications. It can be found on the pccas.org website. A survey of users was conducted regarding increasing the time in the mold to 6 hours and 60% of the users agreed. The other users who said no because they stated they could get the work done under 2 hours currently, which is not a scientific reason.
