    (What is a Work Item?)

Developed by Subcommittee: D02.G0.07 | Committee D02 | Contact Staff Manager

    1. Scope

1.1 This test method is for determining the roll stability of lubricating grease in the presence of water (wet roll stability) by using a roll stability test apparatus. 1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.

There was a ballot to split D7342 into two separate methods. This work item is to make Procedure B from the original method into a standalone test method.
