    1. Rationale

    There are two ballots items that are going out for D2272 to Subcommittee 9. The first is to update the method to include the calibrations and the sample handling/storage techniques along with the use of the peek screw for method B. The second ballot is to include the new precision gleaned from the ILS. The research report is included for reference.
