This was previously balloted in Subcommittee D02.A in the fall of 2012 and received 1 withdrawn negative and 5 comments. The comments that could be addressed editorially were addressed. Test method comments were reserved for a future revision that was planned to address several items including test methods. The committee D02 ballot received 1 negative and 2 comments. During the adjudication process, it was determined that the ballot would be withdrawn and revised to address the test method concerns expressed. This determination and the path forward were presented at the June 2013 D02.A meeting in Montreal.
