    1. Rationale

    Last revision was approved 6 years ago, also WK29034, which contains Shearography guidance for COPVs, will supersede COPV-related shearography practice in E2581, and the revised E2581 document will focus instead on composite panels that are flat or have radii of curvature down to 12.7-mm (1/2-in.).
