In an effort to maintain consistent and clear language throughout ASTM 2291 the acceleration task group has decided that figures 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 should be changed to say Eyes Front and Eyes Back instead of Eyes In and Eyes Out when referring to accelerations in the X-direction. This updated language is consistent with commonly accepted language (used in peer reviewed publications) when describing the direction of X accelerations and is already used in Figures 6 through 10 within ASTM F2291-11. No other changes have been made to the diagrams.
