Ballot to add a sample flush only procedure to D 6890 Rationale: Evaluation of the data from the alternative flushing procedure on samples used in the precision statement round robin by Section B chair Alex (attached) found that there was no overwhelming statistical evidence that indicate the change in flushing procedure affected the outcome of the test procedure therefore, the flush only procedure
