The requirement for testing Type 630 over 3 diameter in the T direction has been in Table 4 since -04, but when this was Table 3 in the -01 edition, the requirement was for L testing up to 8 diameter. Since performing a test on 3 material is difficult, it is proposed to revert the test direction to L.
