For pressure consolidated powder metallurgical UNS N06625, ASTM B834 lists only one heat treatment (Solution Annealed at minimum 1800F) and corresponding tensile(110ksi) and yield(50ksi) strength. The revision will add a heat treatment at minimum 1600F for UNS N06625, corresponding to a number of other ASTM B specifications e.g. ASTM B444, B446. The designation of the minimum 1600F heat treatment from B444 is grade 1 annealed, grade 2 is solution annealed (1800F). The new added heat treatment will give material with 120ksi tensile and 60ksi yield strength.
