WK41409 Revision of C926 - 12a Standard Specification for Application of Portland Cement-Based Plaster

1. Rationale

2010 FBC 1403.8 specifically requires flashing or other approved drainage system at this interface and the 2012 IBC 1403.2 requires a means for draining water that enters the assembly to the exterior. The existing language in the Annex is not consistent with these Code requirements as it does not require flashing at this intersection.
