1. Rationale

Though this method can be used as a screening tool in development, it is now an alternative test method in ASTM C1582 Standard Specification for Admixtures to Inhibit Chloride-Induced Corrosion of Reinforcing Steel in Concrete. Thus, screening should be removed in the title and section 4.5 should be modified
