1. Rationale
As part of the F-24 realignment process, the F770 sub-committee has been in the process of reviewing all sections and making revisions as needed. A previous revision of F770, Section 9: Information Transferred with Used Amusement Rides and Devices, was balloted and received a few negative votes and some constructive comments. These negative votes and comments, as well as several committee meeting wordsmith sessions have been incorporated into this new draft which we believe is ready for ballot.
