1. Rationale

The Subcommittee on Baby Monitors proposes a revision to section 7.5 , Notes 1 through 5 and sections 7.2.2.2,7.3.3.2,7.3.5.2,7.4.3.2 and 7.4.5.3 to require that the warning is visible on the outside of the Retail Package and to clarify the requirements of the Pictogram .
