1. Scope
A guide needs to be developed to define how the F44 standards will be put together. This would include use of language, what to reference and how to reference items, guidance on how to determine that standard material should be broken into multiple standards (such as if a particular area has teirs should each teir be its own standard), any other item that would ensure the whole set of F44 standards has the same look and feel.
In order to meet international aviation authority requirements with the new Part 23 asnd to make the tranistion to ASTM smoother for the aviaion industry the standards developed in F44 requuire some basic set of guidelines that a task group can follow to create the various F44 standards and have a similar feel, langauge and use to them.
