WK40998 Revision of E112 - 12 Standard Test Methods for Determining Average Grain Size

1. Rationale

Clean-up of inconsistencies in the standard that have occurred with many revisions since 1955 is needed. Also, I am adding and improving the addition of the Saltykov rectangle for planimetric grain size measurements.
