1. Rationale
A portion of F1305 Classifications of Injuries and Illnesses was moved to F770 several years ago in the realignment of F24 standards. While in F1305, this section was labeled as section 5 with subheadings 5.x and so on. Specifically, in 5.2.4.4, this paragraph referenced 5.1.3.1, 5.1.3.2 or 5.1.3.3. When this section was moved into F770, it became section 8. Therefore, the section 8.2.4.4 should have referenced 8.1.3.1, 8.1.3.2 or 8.1.3.3 but for an unknown reason was written as 4.1.3.1, 4.1.3.2 or 4.1.3.3 This work item and subsequent ballot is only to ballot changing the reference numbers to reflect the actual sub-sections intended in 8.2.4.4.
