1. Rationale

This project to revise D3035 has two parts, to increase IPS sizes, and to add DIPS sizes. F17.26 has assigned two projects for this work: Project 26-13-01 Scope: To revise D3035 to include sizes through 65 IPS. Project 26-13-02 Scope: To revise D3035 to include DIPS sizes 3 through 48. Both projects will be alloted under the same Work Item.
