1. Rationale
This practice is due for review and re-approval, however in going through the document it was suggested that we include a reference to ASTM F 2678 Practice for Preparing Panel Underlayments, Thick Poured Gypsum Concrete Underlayments, Thick Poured Light Weight Cellular Concrete Underlayments and Concrete Subfloors with Underlayment Patching Compounds to Receive Resilient Flooring in F 2471. I have made that change for clarification and completeness. No other changes are recommended. The recommended changes are highlighted in the practice being balloted at sub and main.
