1. Rationale

A revision to C1295 (WK29144) was balloted on main Committee ballot 12-02. There was a negative resulting from that ballot which identified the desire to better address the analysis of the 231Pa uranium decay product. That negative was withdrawn to allow the revisions identified on the 12-02 ballot to go forward. We are using the opportunity of this Main Committee ballot to address the suggestion to better address 231Pa in a further revision.
