    ASTM D4033-92 Standard Test Method for Resistance to Yarn Slippage at the Sewn Seam in Upholstery Fabrics (Dynamic Fatigue Method) was under the jurisdiction of Subcommittee D13.59. Members of Subcommittee D13.59 wish to reinstate this test method because it is still widely used in the textile industry. The method will be revised to reflect current usage in the textile industry and a precision and bias statement will be added. Once approved, the terms in Section 3 will be removed to comply with the D13 terminology policy.
